Order Processing

All Nyveraq orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or high-order volumes.

Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery time: 10–15 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Customers will receive a tracking number once their order ships.
• Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price.

Nyveraq Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, Nyveraq does not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if:

• The product is unopened and unused.
• The item arrived damaged.
• The wrong item was received.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Nyveraq.

Nyveraq Damaged or Incorrect Orders Policy

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Nyveraq Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

Once an order enters production or fulfillment, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. This aligns with how private-label fulfillment systems begin processing orders shortly after submission.
